What started as a local drum & bugle corps for youth in the Rockford, Ill. area has become an iconic brand known throughout the global marching arts community.

Phantom Regiment’s vision is a world full of empowered and passionate leaders. We accomplish this through our mission: providing life-changing experiences through performing arts education.
