With women's issues on our minds in the last few years, Phantom Regiment was asking ourselves an important question: how do we go beyond saying "drum corps is for everyone," and show them that women in our activity are supported, encouraged, put in positions to succeed, and welcomed in our leadership?
Regiment Ladies apparel was one small part of the answer. It was first printed so our members could show pride and solidarity with women in our corps and our activity. Now, it's something we're opening up to everyone - and every purchase helps ensure we can provide this sweatshirt to members for FREE.
